Diana and Javi’s service was one of the best surprises of our holiday. They took care of us through their cooking, with healthy dishes, recipes that were never boring, and truly incredible flavours. You can tell there’s a huge amount of experience and professionalism behind what they do, but above all, passion and care. On top of that, they’re warm, attentive people and, without exaggeration, genuine artists of plant-based cooking.

A special mention for the lasagna, which was an absolute hit: we ate it for three days and ended up literally fighting over the last slice.

But what I’ve perhaps appreciated most was finally getting to enjoy a holiday that felt like a holiday for me too. Diana and Javi took care of everything, from doing the shopping to preparing the food, and every time they finished they left the kitchen spotless, clean, and perfectly organised. For someone who usually has to think about what to buy, what to cook, and then clean it all up afterwards, simply sitting down at the table and enjoying the meal is priceless.

Fantastic food, huge professionalism, and that special something you can feel when someone truly puts their heart into what they do. It’s a service I’ll book again without a second thought, and one I recommend 100%.
